Each at-risk student is part of a community – composed of their families, workplaces, churches, schools, and neighbors. The IDEA Foundation realizes that collaborating within these communities is a very important key to the long-term success of these students as they attain each educational goal. In the end, the goal of each IDEA program is to see its students succeed as solid, productive, engaged members of their communities. If the investment in relationship-building continues over time, the stakeholder population expands and the support for every individual student increases as well.
